Nature of Services
This platform provides copy trading services, allowing users to automatically replicate trades executed by selected traders ("Master Traders").
The platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made at the user's own risk.
Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Services may not be available in certain jurisdictions, including where restricted by law.
Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- All activities conducted through an account are the responsibility of the account holder.
Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies and financial instruments involves significant risk. You acknowledge that: You may lose all or part of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Copy trading does not guarantee profits.
Copy Trading Terms
Users may choose to copy trades from Master Traders. Execution differences, delays, and market conditions may result in different outcomes. The platform does not guarantee identical performance or profitability.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made through approved payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to verification, compliance checks, and network conditions. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Account Requirements and Freezing Policy (Non-USA Clients)
For clients located outside the United States:
If a user's profit exceeds the minimum deposit requirement for a Standard Account, the account may be temporarily frozen. While frozen, the user will not be able to:
- Copy trades
- Execute transactions
- Withdraw funds
Unfreezing Requirement
To restore account functionality, the user must meet the minimum deposit requirement for a Standard Account.
Refund Mechanism
Once the required deposit is made, the deposited amount will be automatically refunded to the user. The account will then be unfrozen and restored to full functionality.
Additional Deposit Requirement and Rate Lock Policy
Users must make a deposit (might not be the full amount) within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving notice of the account freeze to lock in the valuation rate applicable at the time of the freeze. Failure to complete the deposit within this timeframe may result in adjustments to the required amount due to market fluctuations.
This policy applies to all cryptocurrencies except Tether (USDT), due to its relative price stability. Users acknowledge that deposits made using volatile cryptocurrencies are subject to real-time price changes.
Fees
The platform may charge fees including, but not limited to:
- Copy trading fees
- Performance fees
- Transaction and network fees
All applicable fees will be disclosed where possible.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to: Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities, manipulate or exploit the platform, use unauthorized payment methods, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Suspension and Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, restrict access for violations of these Terms, or freeze accounts for security, compliance, or operational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: The platform is not liable for any financial losses, not responsible for delays, technical failures, or third-party service issues. Users assume full responsibility for all trading activities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and operators from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
